Our company is launching a new platform related to the land market. We have worked out this business process in detail, all the flow that is related to the purchase of land.
Our work will take place in several stages
- At the first stage - the source of data on the price of land - NGOs, the second stage - some assessment by the method of kernels, the third - an improved algorithm for determining the price (self-developed))
- The main offices (flow) that are needed on the platform: landowner, administrator, investor
- For the owner of the land there will be the following functionality: a review of the offer on the land and other lands, authentication through KEP or bank ID, acceptance of the offer with carrying out the agreement (probably, there will be a lot offline), payment, issue of documents
- For the investor should be the following functionality: setting the desired investment parameters: amount, region, other parameters; confirmation of the offer, receipt of payment, issue of documents, registration of documents, some kind of CPM on the received percent after the earth will be handed over
- If the amount of money supply exceeds the supply of land plots, reduce the number of investors and sell the land to those who are willing to reduce their own annual profitability.
- Consider the idea of a similar mechanism to the approach of Industrial Bank with deposits and loans to individuals
- Further plan - to visualize the functionality of the marketplace and the tools on each window on the block diagram.

Buyer's Flow
We will implement the buyer's logic using the buyer's flow:

Seller's Flow
We will implement the seller's logic using the seller's flow:
- preparation of documents and verification by a notary (passport, TIN code, details, expert assessment, title document)
- notary verification (encumbrance, ownership, details of the plot and if it is leased, the priority right of redemption is granted)
